TS 3" V-Power Crayford Focuser for Self-Adaptation

This modern V-Power is one of the best Crayford focusers in our range. Originally developed for Newtonian telescopes, we now provide this focuser for flexible adaptation to various telescopes. In our opinion, you cannot make more out of a Crayford focuser:
♦ The steel ball bearings are oversized.
♦ A V2A steel plate is incorporated as a counterpart to the ball bearings. Even at maximum load, the adjustment is smooth.
♦ The maximum load capacity of the focuser is 6 kg with full accuracy and sensitivity.
♦ The 1:10 reduction is made of V2A steel in professional quality.
♦ The focuser offers compression rings for 2″ and 1,25″ accessories as well as a female M82x1 thread for screw adaptations.
♦ The drawtube accepts 3" accessories along its entire length, no bottleneck blocks passage.
♦ The drawtube is provided with an anti-reflection thread.

Motorized focusing - a MUST for many astrophotographers

The USB_FOCUS_SET and the USB_FOCUS_SET-H can be easily adapted to the UNCN3 focuser with the BR-UNCN3. The USB_FOCUS allows motorized focusing and even complete remote control.

Flexible connection to your telescope

The focuser is ideal for self-builders and hobbyists, but also suitable for improving existing telescopes. We also offer ready-made bases for existing tubes and for DIY. The bases are linked in the accessories section. With the base the focuser builds up as follows:
♦ 85 mm to the M82x1 female thread at innermost focuser position
♦ 103 mm to the 2″ socket at the innermost focuser position
The focuser tube does not protrude into the inside of the tube.
